A visual PCA analysis of the profile of job changers in Portugal was drafted using Jupyter notebook . Analysis shows that the permanent contract workers in Portugal most probably changing jobs are those with a university degree that currently already work fully remotely for international companies and that probably have a higher amount of opportunities to switch from jobs that do not fit their own expectations. 

On the other hand, permanent contract workers that did not report intention to change jobs have good health benefits, good child care benefits, good transport benefits, consider salary fair but mostly have access to education and professional development sponsorhips on their current job.
