Shape your Future aims to help young workers or fresh graduates identify top skills and traits to kick off their careers and achieve more. Combining the data of the Landing.jobs 2021 Tech Careers Survey with Statistical Analysis, Visualization Techniques and Machine Learning, our analysis focus on three topics:

• Obtain insight on the programming languages used in a perspective of relating the average salary paid by the industry (demand) and the percentage of employee knowledge (offer);
• Understand which motivators/perks retain the highest preference over different age groups;
• Classify the dataset within 3 specific groups based on criteria such as salary, experience and background through the development of a K-means Machine Learning method for clustering the dataset: allows the classification;
