"Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world." Albert Einstein
I am an engineer fascinated by technology, innovation, and sustainability. I believe these areas are largely responsible for propelling our world towards sustainable development and improving life quality. In this way, I have been performing my work in related areas - such as Urban Mobility, Electric Vehicles, and Renewable Energy.
My technical skills were acquired in worldwide consolidated institutions. I hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and a master's degree in Energy for Sustainability from the University of Coimbra (UC-MIT/Portugal). Currently, I'm a Ph.D. candidate at the same institution.
Professionally, I am creating solutions to improve electric buses' feasibility and penetration in urban environments at INESC/Coimbra. My research focuses on Urban Mobility, Systems Optimization, and Computational Intelligence. In addition to technical growth, my professional experiences have helped me develop my soft skills: proactivity, willingness to learn, resilience, and creativity.
