I believe that I am a proactive individual, who is also resourceful. I always make sure that the output that I give is beyond excellence. I also give importance to the details of my output which elevates my performance. I also make sure to send the output of the task that was given to me on time. I work well with others, and I value other people’s opinions and ideas. I also make sure that I voice out my ideas whenever given the chance. I read references carefully and research more about a certain topic. I also have some leadership skills, since I was the president of our class since senior high school up until second year college. With this, I also had the chance to lead some projects/activities back then. I always make sure to give my best in a certain task, and I am also hungry to learn new things that I could get from my superiors and also with my colleagues. I also value everything when it comes to reaching a certain goal. 

My contribution to Sociov’s success is contributing some ideas that might help the company in the future. I could also probably help the company in terms of engaging with some of my colleagues in a brainstorming session.
