🔍 Description

Hyppo is a decentralized stablecoin protocol built on HyperEVM. Unlike traditional stablecoins that rely solely on collateralization or centralized custody, Hyppo is backed by yield generated from on-chain arbitrage vaults.

🛠️ How It Works

Hyppo is backed by arbitrage vaults that generate sustainable yield on-chain. These vaults capture market inefficiencies and feed their profits back into the protocol reserve, which strengthens the stablecoin’s backing and peg stability.

There will be multiple vaults, each specializing in different types of arbitrage strategies, such as cross-exchange arbitrage, funding rate capture, and delta-neutral trades.

At present, the first vault is live:

• Hype Arbitrage Vault — This vault arbitrages HYPE token prices between Valantis and other exchanges, locking in risk-minimized profits that flow back into the protocol.

Over time, additional vaults will be deployed to diversify yield sources and increase the stability of Hyppo.
