🧠 Project Name: HyperWatch

🔍 Description: A real-time alert system from HyperCore. The goal of this bounty is to create a working proof-of-concept (PoC) notification system using the recently released node Info endpoint from HyperCore.

🛠️ How It Works: HyperWatch connects directly to the HyperCore WebSocket API and monitors specified wallets for trades, vault changes, and liquidations. Events are parsed, normalized, and filtered through a modular alert engine that supports condition-based rules and rate limiting. Notifications are dispatched via email, Telegram, Discord, or webhooks, ensuring users only receive meaningful alerts. The system is fully open-source, modular, and can be extended for dashboards, bots, or other integrations.
