Project to design inflatable lightweight portable field shelters for extreme weather construction sites.
In the remote construction sites/geographical regions with extreme weather conditions like wind, cold and storms. the researchers/survey/construction/operation teams/workers deployed have to experience greatly challenges & difficulties for human habitation, the major problems for quick and secure shelters which able to fulfil necessary requirements of living and work; conditions become even harsher for those who have to spend extended periods of time away from permanent stations. the discussion here focuses on aspects of implications for the design and use of the shelters. specifically, this article centres on the following questions:
1. To what extent do the design, deployment, and use of the shelters with reference to construction, transport, setup?
2. What performance factors are more important and contribute more significantly to problems?
3. Electrical energy source for devices?
