Gil Faria has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology, New University of Lisbon. He started programming at age 9, shortly after receiving his first computer, a Commodore 64. Since then, he hasn’t been able to stop feeding his interest in technology and programming. Currently, his primary areas of focus are UI/UX for web applications, improving and optimising the development experience and DevOps.

At the moment, Gil is an Engineering Manager at Farfetch.
