Description

Problem

  • Autonomous threats are real: Terrorists and criminals already use affordable autonomous UAVs. The tactics used with such UAVs evolve every couple of weeks.
  • Legacy systems aren’t swarm-ready: Soft-kill cUAVs (mostly based on jamming) can hardly neutralize autonomous drones, let alone swarms. Military-grade systems are either too expensive or adapt too slow to cope with the evolving tactics.
  • Skilled operators are scarce: The latest generation of interceptors continues to rely heavily on human pilots and operators, leaving them highly susceptible to being saturated by swarm tactics.

Solution

A networked hive-mind of diverse autonomous UAVs -- built to defend critical infrastructure by detecting, intercepting, and neutralizing drone swarms.
