Mamizu Cash is a privacy-preserving and compliance-ready payment layer for enterprises. It addresses the challenge of corporate and cross-border payments where transaction details, amounts, and counterparties are otherwise visible and create competitive risks. By using a shielded pool with zkSNARKs, Mamizu Cash ensures unlinkability between deposits and withdrawals, hiding amounts, balances, and relationships on-chain. Withdrawals require proper credentials: individuals must hold a Mizuhiki Verified SBT and corporations must present UNTI (ERC-6268) issued via ZK Email with DKIM proofs. This fixed rule guarantees that both sender and receiver are qualified. To fit business workflows, a withdraw-only URL is generated at deposit, embedding the note information client-side for one-time or recipient-bound redemption, without leaving data on servers. Fixed denominations reduce linkability, while nullifiers prevent double spending. The result is a trusted pool where only verified participants can transact, providing confidentiality for use cases such as B2B finance, payroll, and cross-border settlement.

Mamizu Cash は、企業向けにプライバシーとコンプライアンスを両立させる決済レイヤです。企業間やクロスボーダー決済では、取引の金額や相手先が外部に露出することで競争上の不利や交渉力の低下につながるリスクがあります。Mamizu Cash は zkSNARKs によるシールドプールを用い、入金と出金の非連結性を担保しつつ、金額・残高・取引相手をオンチェーン上から秘匿します。出金には資格が必須であり、個人は Mizuhiki Verified SBT、法人は ZK Email（DKIM 証明）から発行される UNTI（ERC-6268）を保持していなければなりません。この固定ルールにより、送金者・受取者の双方が有資格者であることが保証されます。業務フローに適合させるため、入金時には「引き出し専用URL」を生成し、メールで共有できます。これによりサーバには残らず、ワンタイム表示や宛先バインドといった実務向けの運用が可能です。さらに、固定デノミでリンク性を下げ、ヌルファイアによって二重引き出しを防止します。有資格者だけが安全に取引できる「Trusted Pool」として、BtoB ファイナンス、給与支払い、クロスボーダー送金といった用途に対応します。
