Radical DAO Transparency

Introduction

A tool (DApp) for DAOs to know what their members are really like. Similar to Google's Engineering Levels or Ray Dalio's Radical Transparency tool, but adapted to a Web3 world.

After members of a DAO interact with each other, they can rate other members.

Benefits

• New DAO members can immediately see the average ratings of the existing members, and can get a quick picture of the organization's people and their role(s).
• Also, DAO developers can integrate with the Radical DAO Transparency tool's smart contract to get information about an organization's members.
• Enables organic growth of roles and ratings since the creation of roles is permissionless. Any member can create new roles, and any member can rate other members. Thus, the organization's growth can happen autonomously.

Technicality

• Decentralized permissionless smart contracts deployed on Optimism Sepolia, Scroll Sepolia, Polygon Cardona, Linea Goerli, and Thundercore testnet.
• Industry standard smart contract deploy and testing tools including but not limited to hardhat and remix.
• All contracts deployed verified on block explorers across different chains.
• Latest support from rainbowKit and Wagmi.
