We are Liminal Commons, and we are developing this Commonwealth Protocol for ourselves,

THE PROBLEM WE FACE:

High-income individuals in our network. 

but there is No infrastructure to distribute resources. No way to enforce mutual support. No system for collective wealth building. Traditional finance serves individuals, not network societies. We needed infrastructure for GROUP evolutionary strategy.

WHAT WE BUILD:
Commonwealth Protocol enables network societies to run internal economies like digital countries. Set your own tax policy. Automate resource distribution. Favor ingroup over outgroup. Practice economic self-protectionism.

We build this to preserve post-conventional populations that are us, To support our friends globally. To develop unique internal economic policy that protects OUR people.

Core Features:

1. Two-Tier Structure - Protocol + Guild levels (Solidity, Base L2)
2. 30% Circulation Bond - Forced recirculation ✅ WORKING
3. Programmable Taxation - Custom rates per guild (Implemented but unused)
4. Soulbound Membership - Non-transferable tokens (ERC-721, OpenZeppelin)
5. Sub-Accounts - Grant-specific wallets (Safe Protocol)
6. Transaction Indexing - Off-chain queries (The Graph)

Removed:

• ❌ Chainlink CCIP (not used)

Noted as in-development:

• ⚠️ Chainlink Automation (implemented but not functional yet)
