Overview
Trust Capsule is an experimental trust protocol applied to Web3, designed to record, verify, and protect digital interactions between agents, humans, and automated systems. It acts as a capsule of trust, storing immutable evidence of actions, agreements, and validations — reducing information asymmetry and enhancing transparency in digital relationships.
The core proposal is to create a verifiable reputational mechanism that serves both decentralized ecosystems (DAOs, dApps, smart contracts) and hybrid institutional contexts seeking reliability, interoperability, and privacy standards on blockchain.
Problem
In the digital economy, especially within decentralized ecosystems, trust remains a critical challenge.Despite blockchain transparency, contextual validation — who did it, when, why, and under which criteria — still depends on external, non-standardized interpretations.
This generates three key bottlenecks:
Low traceability of intentions and authorship
Lack of consistent metrics for verifiable reputation
Disconnection between on-chain data and off-chain context
Solution
Trust Capsule introduces a modular framework that combines:
Immutable on-chain records (hashes of interactions, contracts, transactions)
Contextual off-chain signatures (metadata on intention, authorship, temporal and social context)
Verifiable proofs of reputation (trust tokens, badges, or NFT capsules linked to verified credentials and reputations)
Technical Architecture
The Trust Capsule operates as an interoperable module for Web3 environments, structured in three main layers:
Registry Layer
Evidence hashes are registered on Arbitrum Sepolia
Uses ERC-721 standards for reputational assets
Context Layer
Metadata is linked via decentralized storage (IPFS/Arweave)
Maintains contextual descriptions of each interaction
Reputation Layer
Reputation algorithms distribute “Trust Scores” or validation NFTs (Trust Badges)
Based on behavior, frequency, and network feedback
This architecture forms a “verifiable trust protocol”, enabling any digital interaction — agreement, delivery, decision, contribution, or curation — to be encapsulated with:
Context
Cryptographic verification
Temporal traceability
Practical Applications
Trust Capsule can be applied in various contexts:
Decentralized Governance: record votes and decisions with proof of integrity
Collaborative Contracts: log deliveries and co-authorship with verifiable metadata
Socio-environmental Impact Projects: track commitments and indicators
Web3 Reputation Systems: issue trust NFTs based on validated history
Differentials
Built on open and interoperable standards (EVM + IPFS)
Requires no blind trust in central authorities
Generates verifiable evidence of reputation and action
Scalable and applicable across contexts (Web2 → Web3)
Ethical and Sustainable Pillars
The project fully adheres to ESG, SDG, and NetZero principles, aligning technical innovation with positive impact. Each trust capsule can include social and environmental contribution indicators, reinforcing transparency and ethical commitment in technology use.
Current Status
The Trust Capsule is in a modular prototyping phase, focusing on:
Structuring the data model for on/off-chain records
Implementing the NFT Minter
Future Vision
The project’s ambition is to establish itself as an open, public, and free trust protocol at its base layer — capable of:
Supporting new forms of digital coordination
Strengthening ethics and traceability across networks
Paving the way for a new layer of trust governance between humans and intelligent agents.
