There are countless cases of fraudulent property listings where buyers and renters lose their money to fake property owners. With EstateEase, property owners have to stake some ETH in order to list a new property and the ETH will be returned only when their property is successfully bought/rented.

With Utu, buyers/renters can leave reviews for properties and property owners and property owners can leave reviews for renters.
