DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT (2 lines)

$howUp tackles social media's lack of authenticity with a staking game. Users post a photo within 2 minutes of a daily challenge notification. Succeed, and you earn tokens from those who failed. This creates real, spontaneous sharing.

Two versions exist: a Privacy-First option using advanced encryption to hide all your activity, and a Consumer-Friendly app on Base for a simple, low-cost experience with public stakes. Choose between maximum privacy or mainstream ease, both enforcing genuine moments.

BOUNTIES

Base: We built $howUp's consumer-friendly miniapp (v2) on Base. This integration provides users with the fast, low-cost transactions essential for a seamless social experience, allowing them to stake and post without worrying about high gas fees.

ENS: We used ENS to create a seamless username system. Every new user is automatically granted a .showup.eth subdomain (e.g., alice.showup.eth), replacing long wallet addresses with human-readable identities for a more social and user-friendly environment.

BuidlGuidl: We leveraged the Scaffold-ETH 2 framework as our foundational development toolkit. It provided the core boilerplate, React components, and testing utilities that dramatically accelerated our development speed and ensured a robust, well-structured dApp.

Zama: We integrated Zama's fhEVM to power our privacy-first version (v1). This allows all user stakes, balances, and game history to be encrypted on-chain, enabling a novel social experience where participation and rewards are completely confidential yet cryptographically verifiable.
