Description
Smart Posluhy is a B2C solution that enables users to enter into a service agreement using blockchain technologies instead of signing a paper contract. Using Ukrainian law, we have found a way to use a smart contract as a service contract, which will be fully legal under Ukrainian law. Through the Smart Posluhy service, agreement parties receive legal protection in Ukrainian courts in the case of a rights violation.
