Sway

We are building a community-powered discount purchasing model that leverages blockchain infrastructure to transform the way people buy products.

Problem

In today’s commerce, the purchasing power of a single consumer is limited. For example, an iPhone may cost $1000, and an individual buyer has no leverage to negotiate. However, if 100 buyers come together, they can collectively secure a better price. Sellers also face risks such as overstocking, store costs, and uncertain demand.

Solution

Our platform enables users to pool demand and unlock discounts through collective bargaining:

  • Individual price: $1000
  • 100 buyers together: $900

This way, consumers pay less, and sellers gain guaranteed sales without risk or overhead.

How It Works

  1. Pool Creation – A user selects a product (e.g., iPhone 16 Pro Max), sets the minimum participant count, and opens a pool.
  2. Participation – Other users join the pool and deposit funds.
  3. Offer Stage – Once the target is reached, sellers are invited to compete by offering their best prices.
  4. Competitive Bidding – Sellers or manufacturers submit bids for one week.
  5. Selection & Delivery – The best offer is chosen, products are shipped, and sellers receive the pooled funds.

Benefits

For Buyers

  • Access to lower prices through collective power.

For Sellers

  • No stock risk.
  • No marketing or distribution costs.
  • Guaranteed demand upfront.

Reversing Commerce

Traditional commerce begins with supply: sellers produce, stock, and distribute goods, hoping customers will buy. Our model reverses this process, demand comes first, and supply responds directly. This creates a more efficient, low-risk system for both buyers and sellers.
