The Trust Company is a neutral, on-chain system that settles disputes between people and companies. When something goes wrong – wrong item, missed service, unfair ban – you open a case. You and the company each upload your side and any proof. Our AI arbiter compares the stories and evidence, issues a decision, and the case is resolved, optionally with automatic refunds or actions. Every case is time-stamped on the blockchain for transparency, and companies build a Trust Score that shows how fair and responsive they are.
