Description
The Xekan project aims to build a DAO that promotes funding for projects and initiatives focused on the preservation of animal life in Mexican territory. Through a weekly auction of NFTs, the goal is to generate a treasury that can distribute resources through rounds of voting processes.
NFT holders will receive voting power to chose round winners. And grant beneficiaries will be required to submit a report of data and evidence generated by their initiative, fostering the construction of a decentralized database with information on different biomes and ecosystem diversity.
The intention is to create a decentralized network of impact projects working on animal preservation and data creation to improve the efforts to protect the diversity in the country.
