VeriDex

VeriDex is a decentralized platform that enables the tokenization and exchange of real-world assets such as property.

Our goal is to make asset ownership transparent, borderless, and verifiable through blockchain technology.

Built with Next.js, Wagmi, and RainbowKit on the frontend, Hardhat and Solidity for smart contracts, and IPFS / Web3.Storage for decentralized data storage, VeriDex provides a seamless user experience for interacting with on-chain verified assets.

Gasless transactions are powered by a Paymaster setup, allowing users to trade without paying network fees.

Each property is represented as a unique token linked to verified metadata stored on IPFS, ensuring authenticity and security.

Users can mint, verify, and transfer ownership directly — no intermediaries, no paperwork.
