The idea is to create an exchange mechanism powered by "fragmented" swaps, where participants begin trading with a dual-transaction strategy. First, they submit encrypted data that contains the desired swaps info. Following this, a second transaction is used to submit the key needed to decrypt the data, and execute the swap. This approach helps to prevent MEV bots from taking advantage from unsecured swaps, and aims to eliminate the need of a centralized block builder to fight MEV.
