BOLT Developer Control Plane is a governed LLM assistant for developer environments. It is designed to turn natural-language development requests into controlled, auditable actions while preserving explicit human authority over consequential steps.
For Veles Hack 2026, the project targets the Hyperion challenge: an agentic assistant that can understand a developer request, plan a multi-step workflow, interact with developer tooling, and return verifiable results. BOLT adds an approval layer, execution logs, clear action boundaries, and human checkpoints so the assistant can be useful without silently taking high-impact actions.
The proof of concept focuses on a simple loop: request → plan → proposed actions → explicit approval where required → execution → logged result. The goal is to demonstrate practical developer automation that remains inspectable and controllable across edge-to-cloud workflows.
