Para isso, procura ideias que respondam &agrave; quest&atilde;o &ldquo;Como est&aacute; o nosso bairro?&nbsp;Como usar as ferramentas digitais&nbsp;e as plataformas de dados urbanos abertos&nbsp;em apoio ao desenvolvimento do nosso bairro?&rdquo;. E identifica os seguintes desafios espec&iacute;ficos:<ul><li>Melhorar, ampliar a colabora&ccedil;&atilde;o entre cidad&atilde;os, organiza&ccedil;&otilde;es e governo local;</li><li>Criar, ampliar, democratizar espa&ccedil;os para discuss&atilde;o e delibera&ccedil;&atilde;o cidad&atilde;;&nbsp;</li><li>Possibilitar o levantamento e visualiza&ccedil;&atilde;o de dados, mapeamento e monitoriza&ccedil;&atilde;o;&nbsp;</li><li>Possibilitar a documenta&ccedil;&atilde;o, arquivo e partilha de experi&ecirc;ncias.</li></ul> &nbsp;&nbsp; PORQU&Ecirc;?Pretende-se que a aproxima&ccedil;&atilde;o entre a comunidade tech e a interven&ccedil;&atilde;o territorial, por um lado, consubstancie a inova&ccedil;&atilde;o tecnol&oacute;gica para as necessidades prementes da sociedade e, por outro, capacite a iniciativa local com uma literacia digital que potencie os efeitos das suas a&ccedil;&otilde;es nos territ&oacute;rios e nas comunidades de Lisboa. Esta iniciativa tamb&eacute;m promove o uso das plataformas de dados urbanos abertos, refor&ccedil;ando a apropria&ccedil;&atilde;o da informa&ccedil;&atilde;o enquanto bem comum e recurso basilar para a participa&ccedil;&atilde;o c&iacute;vica. O objetivo &eacute; contribuir para o enquadramento das ideias, elucidar possibilidades de desenvolvimento e proporcionar momentos de intera&ccedil;&atilde;o entre os/as promotores/as das ideias e os/as Inovadores/as.&nbsp;&gt; Maratona hacker&nbsp;para o desenvolvimento das ideias em projetos, entre 01 e 04/07/21.&gt; Per&iacute;odo de vota&ccedil;&atilde;o, por um j&uacute;ri popular e um j&uacute;ri t&eacute;cnico, de 05 a 09/07/21. This challenge is for you! &nbsp;&nbsp; CHALLENGES:_hackaBIP seeks to bring the tech community closer to organizations and actors in territorial intervention, and to promote the use of open urban data platforms. To this end, it seeks ideas that answer the question &ldquo;How is our neighborhood? How to use digital tools and open urban data platforms to support the development of our neighborhood?&rdquo;. And it identifies the following specific challenges:<ul><li>Improving, expanding collaboration between citizens, organizations and local government;</li><li>Create, expand, democratize spaces for citizen discussion and deliberation;</li><li>Enable data collection and visualization, mapping and monitoring;</li><li>Enable documentation, archiving and sharing of experiences.</li></ul> &nbsp;&nbsp; WHY?It is intended that the rapprochement between the tech community and territorial intervention, on the one hand, will consolidate technological innovation for the pressing needs of society and, on the other hand, enable the local initiative with a digital literacy that enhances the effects of its actions in the territories and communities in Lisbon. This initiative also promotes the use of open urban data platforms, reinforcing the appropriation of information as a common good and a basic resource for civic participation. In this sense, it intends to contribute to the affirmation of free culture, the democratization of knowledge and technologies. &nbsp; &nbsp;HOW?_hackaBIP takes place online, in three stages:&nbsp; &gt; Registration period, from 01 to 30/06/2021, when online meetings take place with conversations on various topics, showcases and design thinking workshop. The objective is to contribute to the framing of ideas, to elucidate development possibilities and to provide moments of interaction between the promoters of the ideas and the Innovators.&nbsp;&gt; Hacker marathon for the development of ideas in projects, between 01 and 04/07/2021&gt; Voting time, by a popular jury and a technical jury, from 05 to 09/07/2021.
