Using different band indexes of Sentinel-2 satellite image (or the highest resolution version produced by super resolution method, or using different satellite sources : optical or radar) there is possible to monitoring the water level under the railway track.
If the soil is too dry (thanks to the drought weather) it may occur the railway tracks could broken thanks to the tension.
If the soil is too wet (thanks to the wet seasons) it may occur the railway embankment could slips away.
Both cases are a valid/existing problems.
