Problem:
Our team uses the Copernicus and Galileo EU space technologies. Specifically, we are using the Copernicus openEO API to gather information from the Sentinel 2, Sentinel 3, and Sentinel 5 satellites about surrounding areas (information such as air gasses, vegetaion/pollution, etc.)
We are also using the Galileo satellite to get a location for users/individuals, which we then use in combination with the Copernicus satellites to provide functionalities and useful information within our application. Specifically, we use the location from Galileo to map out a region for a user for which we calculate statistics from the data of the Sentinel satellites.
We are solving this challenge by providing a platform that monitors and collects data from IoT devices for users in all kinds of regions. The data is used to analyze and monitor anomalies of environmental factors and people's IoT features (heart rate, etc.) to detect health risks.
We are providing careful insights into environmental factors (heatwaves, vegetation, air quality, etc.) as well as their correlation to health needs to the users, tailored to their personal health needs which leads to a better mental well-being.
