Problem:
Event organizers are experts at logistics, but they usually lack the scientific tools to see and predict risks. They are liable for risks they can't see. They don't know their "grass" park is a "Mud Pit" or their "main stage" is a "Heat Island." This leads to safety risks, financial losses, and a poor consumer experience.
For attendees, cell networks always fail in a crowd, making it impossible to find friends or navigate safely.
Solution: "TerraStage" is a hybrid platform for any event.
(B2B Pre-Event): We are a planning tool that uses satellite data to create a high-resolution "Risk Report" (Mud/Heat) for hosts.
(B2C During-Event): This powers a free, offline-first "Smart Map" for attendees, which includes a revolutionary, non-satellite-based "Find My Friends" feature to solve the network failure.
"TerraStage" is 100% powered by Copernicus for its B2B "Risk Report." We integrate three key datasets:
Copernicus Sentinel-2 (Scene Classification): This is our "brain." It provides the 10m-resolution "ground truth," identifying all grass, concrete, and asphalt pixels.
Copernicus Sentinel-1 (Soil Moisture): We fuse this with S2 grass data to auto-generate a "Mud Risk Map." This allows hosts to proactively move parking lots or stages, preventing environmental damage and a bad consumer experience.
Copernicus Sentinel-3 (SLSTR LST): We fuse this "blurry" 1km heat data with the high-res S2 concrete data. Our "Downscaling Algorithm" creates a new, high-resolution "Heat Risk Map." This is our core innovation, allowing hosts to pinpoint 45°C "heat islands" and plan safety assets (like water stations) before the event.
We enhance the consumer experience in two phases:
Pre-Event: Our platform uses the Copernicus Risk Report to send "Smart Notifications" to ticket-holders (e.g., 'Sentinel-1 data shows mud, bring boots!'). This provides immediate learning value and helps the consumer prepare.
During-Event:
Our "Find My Friends" (Mesh) feature is the primary consumer benefit. It allows users to easily find their group in a crowded, no-network environment.
