💎 Idea - Guide.io

After the global covid pandemic tourism is growing.

Sudden Influx of people visiting popular destinations is causing many places to be overcrowded. Pandemic also made a lot of talented tour guides to look for stable income.                                     

Guide.io is a mobile app providing quality audio recordings made by local guides. It enables people to explore on their terms. By providing service 24/7 we combat over tourism and promote sustainable exploration. You now can choose any time of day for a stroll around city or go biking across nearby villages getting to know their personality. 

🛰️ EU space technologies

Our project uses Galileo positioning data to send push notifications informing user of available audio recordings. This approach is convenient for the user who normally would not look for information in internet about: statues, buildings, street art, and many other objects.

By providing consumer with quality podcasts made by local guides we personalize consumer adventures allowing them to explore their interests. By simplifying the way you access information we enhance consumer experience normally limited by laziness.
