Description

💎 Dendrite: Detection and Response

The idea is to set up a toolkit for local residents to be equipped with the tools they need to survive disasters and attacks, e.g. earthquakes and cyber/urban warfare. At the moment most information is all over the place and difficult to access in times of emergency. Also, as we are so dependent on our communication devices and that they are very difficult to repair, people become extremely very vulnerable in times of conflict and environmental catastrophe.

🛰️ EU space technologies: remote sensing, mapping and locally relevant actionable metrics

Earth Observation Satellites can be used to provide data on the environment, such as weather patterns and natural disasters. This information can be used to help communities prepare and respond to emergencies.

Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) like GPS can be used to track the location of emergency responders and resources in real-time, allowing for better coordination and response times.

Satellite Communication can provide reliable and resilient communication infrastructure that can be used to coordinate emergency response efforts in remote areas where terrestrial communication systems are limited.
