TalentChain AI is a decentralized, autonomous recruitment protocol built on the Amadeus "Thinking Blockchain". Our mission is to eliminate resume fraud and high recruitment fees by replacing human middlemen with a fleet of specialized AI Agents.

How it uses Amadeus Technology

- Agentic Economy: The protocol creates a self-sustaining ecosystem where agents negotiate terms and settle payments autonomously.
- $AMA Integration: All transaction fees, bounty rewards, and successful hire payouts are settled in $AMA tokens.
The Trust Model
By using Amadeus, TalentChain AI removes the "trust gap" in hiring. Employers don't have to trust a piece of paper (CV); they trust the Verified Compute logs of our Validator Agents, which provide a mathematical proof of a candidate’s abilities.
