Hi! I’m Rihards Anšics, and I’m passionate about combining finance, technology, and innovation to create meaningful impact. My journey began as a financial consultant in the insurance industry, where I focused on sales and long-term investments, but I quickly realized I wanted to do more than crunch numbers. Now, I’m working as an auditor at KPMG, where I’ve developed a sharp eye for detail and a relentless work ethic, and I’m always seeking new challenges.

One of my most exciting experiences was leading a team of six to build a mobile app in partnership with Latvian State Forests. This project showed me the power of collaboration and how much can be achieved when you bring people together around a common goal. I’ve also honed my leadership skills through a leadership program and Erasmus, where I’ve gained global perspectives and innovative problem-solving approaches.

I’m eager to dive into this Hackathon, share ideas, and build something incredible with like-minded people. Let’s make an impact together!
