Aviation has always been a defining interest in my life and led me to become a pilot. Alongside flying, I have always been equally driven by technology and business. When drones started emerging as a new aviation domain, I immediately saw the potential they had to transform how we collect and use information.

Today I serve as Managing Director of Tiepoint, a Norwegian drone and AI company working with drone operations, training, and development of intelligent drone capabilities.Over the past years our focus has increasingly shifted toward AI-enabled drone systems. 

At Tiepoint we develop solutions where drones are not just flying sensors, but platforms for intelligent data processing and operational decision support.Our work includes operational drone services, capability development and training for government and industry, as well as development of scalable learning systems for drone operators.

My background as a pilot still shapes how I approach technology development: systems must work in the real world and support the people operating them.I always enjoy connecting with people working at the intersection of aviation, drones, AI and emerging technology.As a pilot, I still keep my licenses current and enjoy the thrills of actually being in the air.
