Os projetos serão avaliados por um júri popular e um júri técnico.


   O voto popular, aberto a todos e com restrição de um voto por pessoa, foi feito pela plataforma Taikai e atribuiu ao projeto vencedor a menção honrosa Selo hackaBIP.   


   O júri técnico, composto por 8 membros, teve em conta os seguintes critérios para sua avaliação :

  • Atendimento ao desafio e enquadramento aos campos de atuação;
  • Facilidade de adoção da futura ferramenta pelas organizações da iniciativa local e pela população (exigência de literacia);
  • Viabilidade de implementação e gestão futura com recursos próprios ou com baixo nível de investimento externo (sustentabilidade);
  • Possibilidade de replicação em outros territórios e contextos;
  • Potencial de criação de sistema de aprendizagem útil à comunidade

 A avaliação do júri técnico atribuiu prémios aos três melhores projetos, conforme classificação, da seguinte forma:


  Os 3 melhores projetos receberão prémios em programas de aceleração, tempo de utilização de laboratório de fabricação digital e desconto em programa de formação em tecnologias digitais, a anunciar durante o período de inscrições, oferecidos pelos Parceiros de Mentoria.

    2º melhor projeto receberá, também, prémio em Ticket Educação no valor de 1.500€ (vouchers para compras de produtos em diversas lojas), oferecido pela Fundação Galp. 

      1º melhor projeto receberá, também, prémio em recursos monetários no valor de 3.000€, oferecido pela Câmara Municipal de Lisboa.

Esclarecemos que, por equívoco de um dos elementos do Júri Técnico, a pontuação final atribuída aos projetos sofreu um ajuste e passou a ser a seguinte:

The projects will be evaluated by a popular jury and a technical jury.


    The popular vote, open to everyone and with a restriction of one vote per person, was done by the Taikai platform and have attributed to the winning project the honorable mention Selo hackaBIP.


    The technical jury, composed by 8 members, took into account the following criteria for its evaluation:

  • Answering the challenge and framing the fields of action;

  • Ease of adoption of the future tool by organizations of the local initiative and by the population (literacy requirement);

  • Feasibility of implementation and future management with its own resources or with a low level of external investment (sustainability);

  • Possibility of replication in other territories and contexts;

  • Potential for creating a useful learning system for the community


The evaluation of the technical jury awards prized to the three best projects, according to the classification, as follows:


  The 3 best projects will receive prizes in acceleration programs, time of use of fablab and discount in bootcamp, to be announced during the application period, offered by Mentoring Partners.

    2nd best project will also receive a €1,500 prize in Ticket Education (vouchers for purchases of products in various stores), offered by Fundação Galp.

      1st best project will also receive a prize in monetary resources in the amount of €3,000, offered by the Lisbon City Council.
