I'm a human-centred service designer based in Melbourne, Australia. I have a strong graphic design background working in that space for nearly two decades. During that time I have worked on many design projects for a university, arts organisation, publishing house, musicians, to name a few. I value and foster relationships, design thinking mindsets and approaches, and am passionate about educating and inspiring emerging designers and design thinkers to thrive in an ever evolving complex world.

I am knowledgeable in human-centred design approaches and methods to solve complex problems, to discover pain points and make connections from various data points.
