Founder & CEO of MAKE IT product R&D (make-it.tech). We take hardware products from concept to industrialization, joining electronics, firmware, software, cloud and industrial design.
25+ years building and leading R&D teams, hands-on through EVT, DVT and PVT. Founder of BEEVERYCREATIVE: the BEETHEFIRST desktop 3D printer went from zero to market in 18 months and won 9 product awards. The team then built MELT and IMPERIAL, ESA's first 3D printers certified for spaceflight and operation in microgravity.
Founded Hardware City and its Sunset Hackathon, 72-hour hardware hackathons in Portugal (2017-2019). Background in Electronics & Telecommunications and Industrial Automation.
