Biografia
I am a Lisbon-based CxO advisor, director and entrepreneur, specialised in growth strategy, business transformation and strategic business development with experience in various industries in the EMEA region. Today I am focusing on the fast-changing and increasingly urgent defence and security sector in Europe.
After a career building and transforming business in the constantly-innovating express logistics industry, I have been serving market leading clients in the life sciences / pharma, transportation, outsourced public services (B2G in justice, immigration, defence & healthcare), security and automotive sectors for over 20 years in EMEA and globally.
From 2016-2023, I have helped to develop business-to-government solutions in the area of involuntary migration management (emergency reception + resettlement solutions) and contributed to shaping the sector in Europe.
Since 2021 I am focused on developing solutions to bolster European geopolitical security in general and the defence of our European way of life against Russian aggression in particular, as an advisor, investor and entrepreneur (co-founder of Defence Tech startup Hiraiwa in Brussels in 2024).
