Psychologist, Writer, and Culinary Enthusiast
I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. Growing up in a big family that valued education and exploration, I developed a love for travel and diverse cultures early on. I pursued a degree in Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, i completed my Master in Developmental Psychopathology, and am currently an undergraduate student in Nutrition and Dietetics at Harokopeio University of Athens, deepening my understanding of the relationship between mental health and nutrition. I also received specialized training in military psychology.
I currently serve as a psychologist in the Greek Army, providing mental health support to soldiers and their families. My work involves addressing the unique psychological challenges faced by military personnel, helping them cope with stress and trauma. In addition to my clinical practice, I am passionate about writing and share my travel experiences in the travel blog Geografikoi, through articles that highlight the beauty and diversity of Greece and beyond.
As an avid cook, I enjoy experimenting with traditional Greek recipes and exploring global cuisines. I often combine my love for cooking and travel, using my culinary adventures to inspire my writing. My articles frequently feature local dishes and cooking tips from the places I visit, emphasizing the importance of nutrition in overall well-being.
In my free time, I love to travel, seeking out new destinations and experiences that enrich my understanding of different cultures. I am also actively involved in community service, promoting mental health awareness and the importance of self-care.
I am known for my dedication to supporting the mental health of military personnel and my passion for travel, writing, and nutrition. Through my work and creative pursuits, I aim to inspire others to embrace life’s adventures and prioritize well-being.
