Bernt Viggo Matheussen is a seasoned technology developer, researcher, and leader with over 25 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.  Based in Grimstad, Norway, Bernt has a robust background in software development, hydrological forecasting, hydropower optimization, and machine learning.

Bernt holds a PhD in hydrological modelling from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has contributed to academia as a guest researcher at the University of Agder. In his early carrier he also did research at University of Washington (USA) and at NTNU/SINTEF in Norway. He is passionate about integrating innovative technology solutions to drive business strategy and has led numerous projects that emphasize strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and process improvement.
