Tusiime was born in 2000 in Uganda and he is a social circular entrepreneur and innovation catalyst with 3 years of experience in developing SMEs and social businesses.

Tusiime is experienced in; Business planning and development, Project management, Strategic planning, financial management for non-finance managers and self-organisation systems. He has led initiatives that have empowered over 300 people including children, refugees and widows through strategic partnerships that enhanced social change and improved the lives of communities.

He is a servant leader interested in making more leaders steer social change through applying self-organisation in particularly holacracy where everyone is a boss and this has proved to increase productivity and simplify executive management while mitigating the risks of independent decision making by one person.

Tusiime believes in co-creating solutions to social issues and argues that we need a systemic view to abandon today's linear take-make-waste model and obtain a circular way to solve social issues, a way that empowers through co-creation with young people and all the stakeholders to rethink the way they design, use and reuse solutions that impact our world.

Tusiime is a panellist of the Social Enterprise Community and a winner of the Social Impact Award 2021.
