PR to near-ca

This Pull Request was made during ETH Berlin to the near-ca library and was essential to making the wallet connect integration work. The problem was related to inconsistency of the structure of transaction receipts retrieved from near rpc. The recovery method now handles two types of receipt formats (i.e. where the return values are located in different places).
