Assistant Professor (Professor Auxiliar) at ISCTE, a Lisbon University, I lecture the subject of Sistemas Operativos. I'm also researcher at ADETTI, ISCTE research centre.Founder of Caixa Magica Software.

My scientific interests are: Web platforms development, operating systems, high performance computing / grids and Open Source development. I hold a PhD and a MsC in Computer Science from IST and a Bachelor's degree from ISCTE in Management and Computer Science.
