Hey I am Leo, and I love to solve the biggest and most challenging problems and ship solutions alongside teams of developers in the world of bits and bytes, and otherwise.

In current work at Volkswagen Digital Solutions, I am focused on managing teams building digital web applications for the mobility world. I work with a variety of stakeholders to move products through all phases of their lifecycle; from concept inception to deployment and implementation. We deliver in fast-paced environments and still manage to keep everyone safe and sound…and sane.

Mixing agile methodologies and focusing on collaboration and straight-forward communication, I have a strong capacity for identifying, assessing, and managing project risks--as well as opportunities. And I have good experience in managing remote and distributed teams and bringing people together for a common goal in a fun, result-oriented environment (and I can also make a mean caipirinha, so I've been told).
