I am energetic and ambitious professional with 12 of experience mostly in backend. Since 2015 I’ve been investing in diversify my skills, improving not only my management skills, but also the processes of my company and mentoring the people that I work with.

At Sky I had the opportunity to work with an international vision, where discussing requirements and architecture with people in UK and Germany is an everyday thing.

As a Scrum Master, the greatest achievement was to be able to help a team were 70% was new in the business and ramp them up not only to be able to work well as a team, but deliver fast and with quality. This was made while delivering one of the largest and most demanding features the Lisbon team as ever delivered: a new set of important features for Sky Store OTT Platform UK and the required changes to support the new Sky Store OTT Platform Germany.

At Pipedrive, the challenge was bigger. My main focus is to scale the Engineering team in our Lisbon office, to change the way we organize ourselves and to give opportunities for all the Engineers to growth . My greatest achievement was to merge 2 Engineering Teams into a Tribe, completely disrupting the way Engineering teams typically organize themselves.

Overhall, I focus on delivery on time and with quality, improve internal processes, help grow the people around me and grow with them in the process.
