I got to know the world of Theatrical Performing Arts, 1996. When I started education at the Indonesian College of Arts (STSI) Bandung, which is currently named Indonesian Cultural Arts Institute (ISBI) Bandung. Since then, various theater groups have been I entered as an actor, starting from the Alibi Theater, Learning Theatre, Elang Theatre, K 282 Theater, Laskar Panggung to the Payung Hitam Theater (at that time it was still called the Group of Black umbrella). After graduating from STSI Bandung in 2000, I decided to get involved in the creation of theatrical performances with only one group, namely the Theater Black umbrella. In 2002, I was also accepted as an employee of STSI Bandung as a the manager of the Theater Studio while continuing to make art with the Payung Hitam Theater. In development, I was trusted by Rachman Sabur, namely in 2006 besides as an Actor but also given the task of managing the management of this group, as Program Manager. As a performing arts collective, Theater will not live without involvement personal in it. Based on this fact, theater is a form of group dynamics. Group dynamics can be defined as a process of growth, development, and change within a group. Relationship in a Groups will be formed when there is solidarity, a sense of belonging, dependence, and awareness of duties and responsibilities in terms of achieving group goals.

In addition to managing the management of the Payung Hitam Theater and STSI Theater Studio, Bandung, In 2004, I made friends with Asep Budiman to created a theater group that we named Behindtheactors. Group We give this name, with the meaning that "behind an actor there is potential that can be embodied in the potential of other fields". Behindtheactors I am fully responsible for the management area as Program Manager, while Asep Budiman is fully responsible in the area of art work as an artist Director. Until now, I still give attention and dedication to them, Black Umbrella Theater and Behindtheactors.

In 2021 established the Bumi Salapan Genep . Foundation is a non-profit organization, formerly named Troop Association "Nine Six" established in Bandung since 1996 Deed No. 4th August 28, 2021 Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic Indonesia No: AHU-0027272.AH.01.12 2021, 31 August 2021

1. 2003, Actor performs at the Kampnagel Festival, Hamburg – Germany. 
2. 2004, Actor and Program Manager with Black Umbrella Theater in “Tear RELIEF” AND “TEATER WATER” Performances in Bandung 
3. 2005, Actor and Program Manager of the Black Umbrella Theater collaborated with the group The Lunatics, Netherlands in the show "BLACK MOON". Performed in Bandung, Westergasfabriek, 31 May - 4 June 2005, Terschellings Oerol: 10 - 18 June 2005, and at the Leidsche Rijn Utrecht: 23 - 26 June 2005; 
4. 2006 Actor and Program Manager with Black Umbrella Theater in the performance of “DZIKIR BUMI in Bandung; 
5. 2007, Actor and Program Manager performing at Festival Nusantara, Brisbane – Australia. Together with Black Payung Theater in the show “RED BOLONG”; 
6. 2008, Actor and Program Manager of the Black Umbrella Theater, held “AIR FESTIVAL” in Bandung by presenting the “NOAH BOAT” show, in Bandung; 
7. 2009, Program Manager with Behindtheactors group performing Wayang Keroncong "CUK and CIS" by Tjalie Robinson, in Bandung, Jakarta, Solo and Surabaya; 
8. 2010, Program Manager Behind the Cast of the Keroncong Puppet "Bhishma Runtuh" by Asep Budiman. Performing at Second International Marionette Festival 2010 Hanoi, Vietnam; 
9. 2011, Program Manager of Behindtheactors group for Wayang Keroncong performance "Bhishma Runtuh" by Asep Budiman. Performing at 12th International Blacksea Theater Festival, Trabzon Turkey; 7th Little Ladies Little Lords Turkey-Ankara International Children's Theater Festival; 14th Istanbul International Puppet Festival, Istanbul Turkey; 
10. Program Manager 2011-2012 with Behindtheactors group, Wayang Keroncong “CUK and CIS” by Tjalie Robinson, directed by Asep Budiman. In Tong Tong Festival, Malieveld, The Hague – Netherlands; 
11.  2013, Program Manager with Behindtheactors group performed “Wayang Tavip” by M. Tavip, Director Asep Budiman. Performing at The Yunlin International Puppet Festival, Taiwan,
12. 2013, Program Manager together with Behindtheactors group held International puppet festival in Bandung, Indonesia. By inviting the group from 7 countries, namely: Madagascar, Australia, Netherlands, Turkey, Singapore, and Philippines. 
13. 2014, as Program Manager with the Behindtheactors group featured "Little Dalang" Director Asep Budiman. Performing at 17th Istanbul International Puppet Festival, Turkey, 
14. 2015, Program Manager with Behindtheactors . group featuring "Dalang Little" Director Asep Budiman. Performing in International Pegasus Puppet Festival Kavlinge, Sweden; 
15. 2016, Actors with Behindtheactors group performing “Sapphire Sky” Works/Director Asep Budiman. in Bandung and Garut – Indonesia.; 
16. 2017, Program Manager with Behindtheactors group performed “Bisma” Collapsed” Works/Director Asep Budiman. Performing at the "Red Mood Festival" of Puppet Performance of Small Forms and Solo Performances at 4 Rudnevka St., Moscow 111675, Russia,; 
17. 2018, Program Manager with Behindtheactors group performed “Sky Safir” by Asep Budiman. Performing at the International Pegasus Puppet Kavlinge Festival, Sweden, funded by The Swedish Arts Grants.; 
18. 2018, Production Leader and Actor for The Theater by Agus Sarjono, Director Tatang Abdullah appeared at the 11th Asia Fasific Bond ISI Yogyakarta.; 
19. 2019, Production Leader and Actor for The Theater by Agus Sarjono, Director Tatang Abdullah performs at Pontianak Cultural Park, West Kalimantan; 
20. 2020, as a director performing the show "Mak Matchmaker" performed at Sobarnas Padepokan, Garut Regency.
21. 2021, Research Making Prototypes of bamboo music oratorium performances to be made into 1000 bamboo villages as part of the Living Museum concept in Indonesia
