I am OJ, an intern from Sociov. What I think that I could contribute to Sociov’s success is greatly influenced by my work experience. I have developed certain skills such as leadership and critical thinking in various situations. I have worked for 6 years in the recruitment field, and I can contribute greatly to analysis and planning. I am a team player and I could also lead a team. One thing that I am certain of is that I produce the best outputs. One of the many things that I have learned from my past experiences is that I take criticism on my work as a challenge and a lesson to improve myself. For every project that I do with my team, I see to it that I project a positive vibe for the team before starting to work on a task. I feel like having a positive environment which removes the pressure and stress from my colleagues could produce great results. I do believe that I still have a lot to learn. I think that joining these projects or sprints can be a stepping stone for me to prepare myself when I go back to the real world.
