I specialize in the full project lifecycle—from identifying funding opportunities to implementation and sustainability —with specific expertise in sectors such as technology, energy, science and culture. As a certified professional trainer holding an authorized diploma , I deliver specialized courses for experts in European funds, entrepreneurial development and career counseling. My professional background includes serving as an Audit Officer, where I performed technical and financial verifications for approximately 300 reimbursement applications. Additionally, since 2013, I have been the Social Activities Coordinator for the "Tennis10FRT" project in partnership with the Romanian Tennis Federation (FRT) , coordinating over 150 tournaments and 100 sporting events for more than 1,000 children to promote youth development and healthy lifestyles.
