He has an experience of 12 years human rights activists and Participatory Forest Management as Director Innolif Rising Women Group responsible for Organizing Advocacy programs and strategic planning. Capacity Building experts on Participatory Forest Management and facilitated initiation of Community engagement on Natural Resources utilization to combat poverty by initiating livelihoods activities as a strategy in Biodiversity conservation on Market based scenario. He is a member of Tanzania Civil Society Forum for climate Change. He had been effectively involved in the draft and establishment of Tanzania Climate Change Policy. Being an active and effective member of Tanzania Forum for Climate Change he represented Tanzania Civil Society Forum for Climate Change in various negotiations and conferences.
