👩‍💻 Main Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. If you love engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions, we want you on our team!

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as building and maintaining relationships with prospects.

  • Prospecting new sales targets (search, email sequences, LinkedIn reach outs, calls).
  • Maintain and expand prospect databases for the assigned territories.
  • Following up with the inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Following up with outbound leads generated in the prospecting process.
  • Plan and perform discovery calls with your prospects to qualify them.
  • Understand customer's needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further development and closure.
  • Reconnect and build relationships with older cold leads (Nurturing Stage) to help continuously build the opportunity pipeline
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly/quarterly targets maintaining healthy metrics and KPIs.
  • Track and update all activities in HubSpot, ensuring all communications are accurately logged.

📃 Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous prospecting  experience as a BDR in a SaaS company
  • Interest and knowledge in crypto and web3 product
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products, and services
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills

👐 Nice to Have

  • Past experience in a startup or in the innovation ecosystem;
  • Experience in a web3 company;
  • Experience with remote-first companies
