TAIKAI Labs is an organization founded in 2018 that works with organizations, universities, event organizers and DAOS around the world to launch innovation competitions and hackathons.
We’re looking for a veteran Community Manager with a global mindset and proven experience in managing 10k+ community members to join our amazing team! In this role, you will work with a team whose main mission is to drive brand and company awareness of all social media channels and increase our impact around world 🌍.
As our future Head of Community at TAIKAI, you'll be part of a team that launch, manage and scale community presence including Discord and Telegram and plan our social media strategy (scheduling, planning content, copy and posting plans).

Work closely with the Head of Growth and Marketing to implement growth strategies in the community. Support the PR and marketing team in the implementation of communication and marketing campaigns, newsletters, etc;
Guide the existing community team in building the best-in-class environment for a thriving and engaging community;
Assist regional growth initiatives across the country and help to coordinate community events. Build & maintain relationships with organizers in our community. You’ll be responsible for creating a strong connection between organizers and TAIKAI and nurturing that relationship over time;
Work together with the social media team to create strategies to engage the community;
Community management - actively monitor and respond to DMs and tags. Respond to customers via Discord and Telegram. Manage user conflicts and negative product feedback in a professional, empathic way;
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency;
Respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor community feedbacks;
Suggest and implement with marketing team tools to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions in the community;
Analytics – Compose regular reports and track the completion of all important KPI;
Risk Management – Identify potential risks and prepare mitigations in our corporation.
Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem
At least 3 years of full-time experience in leading community management and growth
Previous work experience managing and growing massive communities (10k+)
Experience organizing Webinars, Office Hours and AMAs (Ask Me Anything)
Experience using Discord and Telegram for community coordination
Strong written communication skills and English proficiency
