Educational game "Ekolife"

Our challenge is 2nd "Life in Land".

The problem is that people still are uneducated and uninformed about ecological problems.

Our solution is to educate scholars from 1-6 grade about the Arctic problems/solutions and why is it so important for the whole world.

The game conditions will be based on the real situation in Arctic using the satellite data.

The target audience:

primary school, elementary school (grades 5-6)

Public educational institutions, eco-production companies, every user who wants in-depth information and a more exciting course of the game.

Phone application for IOS and ANDROID.

Performance

Choice - ecological actions / actions endangering nature

For example. The image goes through 5 steps, then a box appears describing how his actions in 5 steps affect the environment.

At each step, several action options will be available, such as:

-Drop the paper on the ground or throw it in the trash after 100 meter.

-You can receive a positive or negative token for your actions.

Game system

Player - hero (nation / nation action)

Currency - negative and positive tokens.

Checkpoint - after each Nth step a box appears stating that the player's actions were affected, is written in detail for each step. Each checkpoints - a new topic.

Level system

Each step - +10 ex. We all study in Riga Tourism and Creative Industry Technical School.

Our team was united by an idea to save the Arctic ecology and it really bound us together. We feel like we have a special connection in our team, because our ideas and mindset are really similar on the subject of caring about the planet. Meet us:

Victoria is responsible for the graphic design of our project. She participates in the development of the project, because she is interested in the future of the planet

Edgars ir responsible for marketing space in our project, experience in sales and knowledge about the product.

Megija is responsible for financial in our project. She's participating in the project, because she is interested in the green business.

-Elīza

Eliza is developing in commerce. She likes to spend her free time in the fresh air, in nature. She likes challenges and working with people

My name is Darja and I'm the author of the idea and the script writer. I study commerce advertising in the technical school and by myself a lot of ecology and socioligy.
